30 Day Workout Challenge!

I don’t know about all of you, but I certainly want to get back to the ways things used to be before coronavirus came to town! However, with one caveat…I want to be in the best shape of my life! Also, I know many of you want the same thing, or you wouldn’t be reading this!

The way I see it, if I do the program 6 days a week for the next 30 days, at least 1 positive outcome will be realized. So, “pull up the ladder” Lynn is on board!!

“If”, however, you choose to keep doing nothing or maybe keep doing workouts that aren’t effective but you keep doing them regardless (which is just crazy!), I can tell you for sure nothing will change and you will be no better off or even worse than when this all started. 

Don’t make this time at home all be for nothing (well staying at home for the good of ALL mankind is not nothing, but you know what I mean!) ANYWAY, I’m trying to motivate here people! AND, that is sooooo much easier to do in person! For this reason (and many more) I will be literally working my butt off to make videos on the 6 workouts included in this program, so you will know what I’m talking about (Click on the link for my YouTube Chanel on the top of our home page). And! Bonus, I’ll get to motivate you without all the eye rolling and dirty looks I usually get when I mention that you are stronger than those teeny tiny pink weights you are moving around (I’m mean seriously, you’re not even trying to make it look like they are an effort for you!) GOSH! (that’s my Napolean Dynamite impression btw…again, better in person!)

I’ve been working as a fitness professional for over 30 years. I hear A LOT of reasons why people say they don’t exercise, when asked, but the one reason I have heard more than any other is: “I don’t have the time to exercise”. Well, I guess coronavirus did one thing… it gave us time! Scary, surreal and a sudden abundance of time, but time nonetheless, time.

I sincerely hope that you and all of your families, friends and loved ones are safe and healthy.  I also want to help keep as many people as possible safe, moving and healthy during this time.

Now more than ever, we need to stick together, follow the rules, stay motivated and remain positive about this “new normal” with quarantining, isolation and social distancing coming to an end (hopefully) very soon!

UNTIL THEN… WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH THIS TIME?

You took to long to answer, so I’ll jump in…

You are going to get up off the couch, put on your best pair of PJ’s (pick ones with ties to keep them pants up!), lace up your sneakers, grab some water, a towel, mat and dumbells and bands if you have them, because THIS WORKOUT is awesome! If you don’t have these items, improvise, get creative or click on our “get the Gear” section to see my top picks that you can order from Amazon. Body Weight does it too, just add on more reps or more time on the exercises you aren’t “feeling” with body weight alone.

IF you do this program, you WILL get in awesome shape! And, by that I mean, you’ll be a healthier, less stressed, confident person with a boosted immune system!
